The Account page provides an overview of your profile, current plan, and critical account settings.

Account Overview

This section displays your key account information:
  • Current Plan: Your active subscription tier.
  • Profile Details: Name, Email, and Account Creation date.
  • User ID: Your unique internal ID (useful for support).

Subscription Management

You can quickly check your plan features here. To upgrade or manage your billing details, click Manage Billing. Subscription cancellation and account deactivation are separate actions. If you have an active subscription, use Manage Subscription in Billing to stop its renewal. A scheduled cancellation remains active through the date shown in Billing and can be revoked before that date.

Danger Zone

The dashboard action is a soft account deactivation. It does not cancel an active subscription and it does not immediately erase every database record.
When you confirm deactivation, Audixa:
  • marks the account as deleted so it can no longer be used to sign in;
  • revokes the current session and clears its session cookie; and
  • attempts to remove user-uploaded files from object storage.
Account, billing, generation, custom-voice, and API-key records may remain in the operational database for billing reconciliation, security and support work, analytics continuity, or possible administrator-assisted recovery. Audixa does not publish a fixed automatic-erasure period for those retained records. Before deactivating, cancel any subscription separately in Billing and contact support if you need help with retained data or a billing issue. Do not assume the deactivation button has stopped a payment-provider subscription.
